i stayed in a beautiful villa. the pools were inviting. the food was delicious . the ENTIRE resort was impeccably clean. every member of the staff were nice. special thanks to youssef, nico, fernando, sonia, fany, raquel, pitu, and oscar. i am thankful for a nice holiday.

the all inclusive finished at 12pm on the day i checked out. i paid extra to extend my room. the end of the all inclusive was NOT communicated at the time. this is a fundamental issue that needs revisiting.

I appreciated the taxi transfer to the airport. It was very convenient. The heated swimming pool suited both adults and children. The full board food options were delicious and plentiful.

The resort has a policy that all-inclusive service ends at midday on the day of checkout and this was not ideal for a late departure.
